This space on the website is dedicated to suggestions from those of us who are living with or beyond cancer, so I will publish a range of these in this section of the website.

The resilience and wealth of coping strategies we have to have to get through each day is undeniable. In many ways, we are the experts in how to get through. What helps you get through? What makes life harder? What do people do that helps? What is not helpful? How can people help more? By others, I mean, partners, family, friends, any one in healthcare, eg nurses, doctors, mental health professionals etc.

You don’t need to confine your suggestions to the focus of this website, fear of cancer recurrence and progression, though I would be grateful if you could focus on that first.

Please could you send your suggestions by pressing the blue button below and sending me an email.

Those of us who are living with and beyond cancer are the experts in what we are experiencing and using our voices to speak out will help others cope and also help those in healthcare understand what we need better, too.

Please tell me if you want me to publish your comment/s anonymously on this site or if you want your name used, or if you want a pseudonym. Please also add, I give you permission to publish my comments on your FOCRAP website.

Thank you so much, in advance.
